The Rhino Cart Mobile Fixturing Station is a turnkey fixturing package including the new Tab and Slot Certified welding table. Our stations are sturdy, built to aviation standards; both reliable and customizable for almost any work need by just adding optional CNC accessories and floor or table stands where necessary. The stations provide professionals with the ability to better utilize their work processes, increase productivity and minimize set up time, starting from industries such as automotive and air/sea craft defense sectors.

We are compatible with high precision fixturing and clamping systems in our stations so you can handle parts confidently to their stated accuracy. The mobility of these work stations creates a versatile and clean space wherever you need it.

Increased Mounting Options: With a 0.275” hole grid cut into the frame and a centered honeycomb pattern drilled into each side of the legs, these stations are designed to easily mount accessories allowing you to configure them as needed for your next project.

Integrated Slag Trays for Workspace Organized: The integrated slag trays in all 5 sizes of the test stations keep your workspace clean and organized, keeping you more efficient by containing debris so it’s not all over your work area allowing for easy cleanup.

Enhanced Electrical Access: Dedicated cutouts in the divide make it easy to connect electricity, keeping tools plugged-in and ready without rogue cords around the workspace.

Long Lasting Tabletop: Nitrided / Black Oxide Coating on top of the table provides a hard, smooth coating delivers extremely low abrasive wear – reduces weld spatter build up and the tables will not rust or scratch if they get hot. No porosity in this inert surface drawing spatter and slag away from your work piece; – Can be turned over for extended amount of usage.

Precision CNC Hole Pattern – 5/8″ diameter hole pattern with a 2x2in” grid allows for repeatable clamping and bolting so assembly is a snap.

Organization at Its Best: One adjustable shelf, a pegboard side panel for hanging clamps, and accessory hooks give you options when it comes to keeping tools and equipment out of the way.

Portability and Stability: The locking casters, steel legs, and leveling feet allow you to transport or secure the station at work as a stand-up stationary desk.

Compatible with many fixturing accessories so you can have custom setups in no time, excluding certain slot filler kits and adapters.

Optional Attachments for Enhanced Functionality: Optional accessories, including the Plasma Cutting Tray and Hitch Mount Plate are available so that you can customize your builds with more cutting, clamping power or fixture points on a single mobile platform.
